The school offers training in runway techniques, posing, confidence-building, personal branding, etiquette, and public speaking.   • Fashion Show Producer: She is known for producing signature events like Elegance on the Runway and the Elegant Kids Fashion Show, which celebrate talent, community, and creativity. 

  • The Latachie Ann Show: In 2025, Sky launched The Latachie Ann Show:  a talk show that blends fashion, business, and real-life stories.   • Print & Commercial Modeling – $100 per hour (2-hour minimum)

  • Brand Ambassadorships / Influencer Campaigns – Packages start at $400 (rates vary by campaign deliverables)

  • Product Launch Model – $300–$600 per event/session

  • Modeling Workshops & Coaching – $350 for half-day sessions

🎤 Hosting & Emceeing

  • Event Hosting / MC for Fashion Shows – $400–$1,000 per event

  • Red Carpet & Award Show Hosting – $500–$800 per event

  • Corporate Event Hosting – $600–$1,200 per event

  • Community & Charity Event Hosting – $300–$600  (discounted rates available for nonprofit causes)

📺 Talk Shows & Media Appearances

  • Guest Appearances on Talk Shows / Panels – $250–$500

  • Hosting Live Show Tapings / Interviews – $500–$1,000

  • Speaking Engagements & Motivational Talks – $750–$2,500 (depending on audience size & travel)

👠 Fashion Styling

  • Personal Stylist – $150– per look
